I understand all financial situations are different. Bid what you can, but realize you're paying a real person with their own expenses. If the bid is too low for the amount of work required, I will let you know and will do my best to offer alternative solutions.

When you bid, you'll receive a personal confirmation email which will outline the timeline I expect to follow in order to complete your tasks. If my schedule is especially busy and the project queue is already full, your timeline will reflect a mixture of my availability and of your bid amount. If you have an exceptionally pressing deadline, please bid accordingly. Your timeline will never change because of someone else's bid, and I will communicate any timing updates with you as we progress through the project.

Right now that's just me, Alexander Parker. I've been a professional designer, art director, and creative director within the advertising industry since 2006.

There are many reasons why I might not be the right designer for your project. I will do my best to give a clear and concise description when denying any project. In most cases I will provide alternative ideas or solutions for you to get your work completed, but some projects might not have anything to do with my expertise and in those cases I will let you know. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to the decision via email.

If you're unhappy with the outcome and feel the design solution provided was bad work, I am happy to make things right. Your first failed project will be 100% refunded if you are unhappy with the outcome. Any additional refund requests after the first failure will be refunded at 75% of the bid.

All working files are provided to you upon project completion, within reason and within the capabilities of the project at hand. Examples of occasions where I am unable to provide all working files are (but not limited to) font licenses for fonts that were used, original stock photos so that they can be used in other projects, unused elements or complex files that are too large to share (anything that would require long-term storage, digital or otherwise)

Your bid is not binding, and you won't receive an invoice until I am clear on all project details. There will definitely be time to discuss the project before you pay!

Please place another bid for revisions on a previously completed project. If your revisions require extending the due date, I will discuss options with you that may include moving the due date, opening additional project requests for the additional revisions, or other strategies to finalize the work.

Please open new requests for any future edits! Bid as you would any project.
